Thiyagu holds an MBA in Business Management, a Diploma in Electrical and Electronics Engineering with First Class Distinction, a Diploma in Industrial Safety, and a Master of Arts in Public Administration, reflecting his commitment to a multifaceted skill set.

Thiyagu holds over 25 years of experience in various aspects of the real estate industry, he was honoured with the Mahatma Gandhi Samman Award by the NRI Welfare Society of India in 2018. He has been associated with our company since January 2024.

Sangeethaa brings a fresh perspective to leadership, transforming the company’s direction through a blend of tech savviness and strategic insight. With her forward thinking approach, she orchestrates projects with precision, driving not only profit but also fostering a culture of creativity that propels the company beyond conventional boundaries.

Sangeethaa holds a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) degree in Civil Engineering from Bharathidasan University. This education has equipped her with the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in the fields of construction, infrastructure development, and project management.

Sangeethaa has been associated with our company since its incorporation in 2013 and has over 21 years of experience in project management and the construction industry. Her role involves designing and implementing business strategies, plans, and procedures, contributing to the overall growth and expansion of the company.

Sivasubramanian, a stalwart in civil engineering, brings nearly three decades of dynamic experience across both contractor and client engineer roles. Seamlessly blending field operations with office precision, his visionary leadership sparks innovation and excellence, driving progress in the civil engineering realm.

Sivasubramanian, academically fortified with a Post Graduate Diploma in Construction Management from NICMAR, Pune (2010), he amplifies his credentials with proficiency in MS Projects, MS Windows, and AutoCAD.

Sivasubramanian has over 35 years of experience in the civil industry and has been associated with our company since October 2017. His role involves managing the day to day operations to ensure smooth processes. Additionally, he reviews progress, safety, and quality at construction sites with clients and coordinators, ensuring timely project completion and adherence to budgets.

Dinesh Sankaran, aged 48 years, is a Non-Executive Director of our Company and holds Degree of Bachelor of Arts in Corporate Secretaryship from University of Madras. With more than 24 years of experience in the IT industry. He specializes in Robotics Process Automation, Conversational Chatbots, Cloud Platforms, Computer Vision/OCR and other areas. He has been associated with our company since May 2017.
